EA employee succession plan is a result of comprehensive analysis that unfolds the competence gap on human, technical and generic levels of each individual. A deep in-house analysis and subsequent sessions with the line management and individuals has filtered out the real competence requisites required for each individual. Based on this work, a broad array of development program was designed while figuring out the real time training requirements. The successors have been oriented on their charted roles and development plans in order to brace them up for the future positions. The schedule has been devised and finalized with the help of Etisalat Academy, UAE for conduction of these training courses. Besides the successor’s development program, the plan also spells out a broad array of training programs companywide catering the requirements at all levels.

The Agreement spells out a total of 47 Trainings, with 143 training days aiming at training 416 employees. The first training session shall commence from September 26th and subsequently a series of programs for successors and broad trainings shall continue through the current year.
