Online Examination Guidelines

Effective May 1 , 2006, participants in the Etisalat Academy sponsored EasyLearning program will be eligible to write proctored course examinations that will lead to the award of a United Arab Emirates University and Etisalat Academy accredited diploma.

This groundbreaking program is available to all residents within the MENA region that have purchased an EasyLearning card from Etisalat Academy authorized vendors.

Within a few short weeks, if you put enough efforts, you can attain a university diploma that will set you apart from other job seekers or help you get a promotion within your current company.

How does it work?

Follow some simple steps to quickly and easily achieve a UAE University accredited diploma for the EasyLearning program in the career path of your choice.

Review the list of available diplomas and certificates on the career path page and decide on a program that is right for you.
  • Redeem EasyLearning cards for the courses in your career path that will help you meet the requirements you need for your desired diploma.
  • Take the courses and learn the subject matter.
  • User the practice tests, available under your personal account, to ensure you understand the subject matter.
  • Write a proctored exam (exams under supervision in any authenticated EasyLearning centers) for each of the courses in your career path.
  • Once you have passed the exams for all of the courses in your career path, you receive your UAE University EasyLearning Diploma.
Finding a Proctored Examination Centre
Etisalat Academy is continually adding new locations to the list of proctored examination centres . Please consult this list to find a center near you. Contact examination centre personnel and arrange to take an exam at a date and time that works for you.

A benefit of the EasyLearning program is that your exam progress results are tracked in one central location no matter from which examination centre you take an exam. Exams are taken online and results are hosted on a secure server. This ensures that your results will be kept confidential, in one central location, and that you will be able to access them at all times through the EasyLearning campus.

What Happens at the Proctored Examination Centre?

Come prepared with your EasyLearning username and password and proof of exam purchase.

When you arrive at the centre, the following actions will take place:

  • The proctor will check your identification against the information you provided for your EasyLearning campus user account.
  • The proctor will verify that you have redeemed a PIN at the EasyLearning campus for the course for which you are writing an exam.
  • The proctor will verify that you have paid the fee to write the exam.
  • The proctor will issue you an exam code and will give you instruction on how to log into the exam.
  • When you have been seated at a computer, you will log into the online examination centre using your username, password and the exam code the proctor issued you upon verification of all your data.
  • Begin completing the exam.
  • If you pass, you will be awarded a certificate of completion for the exam.
Getting Your Diploma

To get a diploma, the following conditions must be met:

All of the course exams for your selected career path must be successfully completed. A diploma application fee must be paid at the proctoring centre.

The proctor will then print and deliver your UAE University diploma. Each diploma includes a unique verification code and a website address that can be used by employers to verify that your diploma is authentic. No one can take away your achievement.
